"First I would like to say, I appreciate your knowledge of phones. When I first came to you, I thought I knew what I wanted. You broke down the differences to each phone and let me know what you liked about each particular phone, what you didn't care for, etc. You recommended me a great phone! And I was not even conside...ring this one. When you go into Sprint and other cell phone stores, the employees aren't as knowledgeable as they should be. They know what we know by reading online! You took time out to follow up and see how I liked the new phone. Where they do that at??? Great customer service! I will be back to get a phone for my husband for Father's Day. (As soon as I figure out which phone! LOL!) Thank you so much ...for your honesty and integrity! I will highly recommend you to any and everyone I come across.
