RETURNS:  A 25% restocking fee applies to any phone returned within 14 days of estimated shipping arrival; exchanges can be made for up to 30 days.  Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on returned items.  Returns MUST include all items that shipped with the phone in order to receive a refund- NO EXCEPTIONS!
